Bruce Morgan (COO) Earns TRIPLE MASTER from IICRC
We’re thrilled to celebrate a remarkable achievement by our COO, Bruce Morgan, who has earned the prestigious and exceptionally rare TRIPLE MASTER designation from the IICRC — a testament to his expertise and leadership in the restoration industry.
The IICRC Triple Master is an elite professional achievement awarded by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). It recognizes individuals who have earned all three of the IICRC’s highest Master-level designations—a distinction held by only a very small percentage of certified professionals.
The three Master designations are:
Master Water Restorer (MWR)
Focuses on advanced water damage restoration, drying science, and psychrometry.Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MFSR)
Covers complex fire, smoke, odor, and combustion residue restoration.Master Textile Cleaner (MTC)
Demonstrates expert-level knowledge in textile identification, cleaning methods, and fiber science.
What makes the Triple Master significant:
Requires multiple prerequisite certifications for each Master level
Involves years of hands-on field experience
Requires passing advanced exams
Demonstrates broad mastery across water, fire, and textile restoration disciplines
Fewer than 1% of IICRC-certified professionals hold all three
In short, an IICRC Triple Master represents the highest level of technical knowledge and professional commitment in the cleaning and restoration industry.
